Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 918k ("918k", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://918k.cam and its associated domains and mobile applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 918k platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

918k operates a real-money online gambling platform. All games, promotions, and wagering activities offered on this platform carry inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that gambling is entertainment and that losses are a possible outcome of any real-money wagering activity.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the 918k platform, through which the Player accesses services and manages funds.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or free bet allocations credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal eligibility is confirmed.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the sole transaction currency of the 918k platform.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile applications, APIs, and associated services operated under the 918k brand.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets required to be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, online gambling platforms is prohibited or restricted under applicable local law.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 918k platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 918k operates a strict minimum age policy. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual, entity, or organisation.
3. You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 918k, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order or permanent account closure by 918k or any affiliated platform.

Section 04

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on the 918k platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 918k employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be closed with immediate effect.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must promptly notify 918k of any changes via the live chat or support contact on the Platform.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

918k is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, KYC verification is required for all Players prior to their first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account in your name).

KYC documents are processed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. Players must ensure documents are legible, unedited, and clearly show all required information. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 918k strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 918k will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

918k supports the following Malaysian payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT via TRC20 network). All transactions are denominated in MYR.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The standard minimum deposit is RM50 for fiat payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to RM100 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and are stated within the relevant offer terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing guidelines:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow/FPX): typically 1–3 business hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new players registering their first account on 918k. One welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per shared device, and per shared payment method. Players who have previously held a 918k account under any identity are not eligible for welcome bonuses.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means a bonus of RM100 requires RM3,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked).

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%).
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the offer terms.
• 918k reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

918k employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include — but are not limited to — placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting mathematical imbalances in offer structures, and coordinating with other players to share or transfer bonus funds. Any account found engaging in such activity will be closed and all balances forfeited.

Section 07

Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on 918k are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to each product category (slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

918k reserves the right to void, suspend, or reverse any wager where:

• A technical error or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome.
• The wager was placed after an event had concluded (late betting).
• The odds or price quoted were materially erroneous due to a manifest error.
• Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion is identified.

Sports betting markets on events such as Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, and UFC bouts are governed by 918k's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference and are accessible from your account dashboard.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 918k platform:

1. Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
3. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
4. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, collusion, or external tools.
5. Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity connected with financial crime.
6. Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
7. Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service.
8. Engaging in conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens 918k staff or other platform users.
9. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

918k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment where gambling remains a form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within a minimum period of six months.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 918k platform are the exclusive property of 918k or its licensed third-party partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 918k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

918k's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

918k does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security.

Section 12

Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 918k account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12.2 Termination by 918k

918k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has been identified.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by 918k due to a confirmed breach of Terms, any balance associated with that account may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeited.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

918k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through 918k's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, or referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint in the first instance through the 918k live chat support channel, where our team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receipt.
